Privacy Policy

Felti is account-less and runs entirely on your device. This policy explains what stays on your device, what leaves it, and the controls you hold.
Everything is stored on your device
Your body map entries, journal notes, practice sessions, your archetype result, and the inputs behind your insights are written to a private database on your device (SQLite and MMKV). Felti has no server for this data, so none of it is uploaded, synced, or sent to us or to anyone else.
No account, no sign-up
Felti has no accounts and no login. We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, or phone number. Nothing you record is tied to an identity, because there is no identity to tie it to.
Purchases and subscriptions
A Felti Premium subscription is billed by Apple through your App Store account; we never see or store your payment details. To manage entitlements we use RevenueCat with an anonymous App User ID that is not tied to your name, email, or any personal identity.
Anonymous, coarse analytics
To understand which surfaces are used, Felti sends a small, non-identifying event stream to our analytics provider on an allowlist basis: zone keys, archetype keys, simple booleans, and counts only. Your journal text, free-text notes, symptoms, emotions, name, and email are never included; that content never leaves your device. You can opt out of analytics any time in Settings, and no analytics events are sent before you accept the consent notice.
Crash reports
If Felti crashes, a technical crash report goes to our crash-reporting provider so we can keep the app stable. A report describes the failure itself — device model, OS version, app version, and where in the code it happened. It is scrubbed on your device before it is sent: your journal text, free-text notes, symptoms, emotions, name, and email are never included, and reports are not tied to any identity. Crash reports follow the same rules as analytics: none are sent before you accept the consent notice, and opting out in Settings turns crash reports off too.
Export and delete
You stay in control of your data. Export my data saves a copy of everything on your device as a portable file you can keep or move. Delete all my data erases every entry, session, and your archetype result from this device; it cannot be undone. These are your portability and erasure paths, and both run entirely on your device.
Reflection, not diagnosis
Felti is a wellness and education tool for self-reflection. It is not a medical device and not a crisis service, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. What you see is a reflection prompt, not a verdict about your health.
Crisis resources
Felti keeps an offline, region-based directory of crisis resources reachable in one tap from the distress-adjacent surfaces. These resources are shown from an on-device list matched to your device region; opening one may hand a phone number to your dialer, which is the only point Felti steps outside itself, and only when you choose to.
Not directed at children
Felti is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and because Felti is account-less and on-device, there is nothing for us to collect.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version ships with an app update and the effective date above is revised. Because Felti stores your data on your device, a policy change does not move any existing data off it.
